  • Your 1 month commences from the date of your first property or suburb submission and all requests for data must be completed within that month.

  • Valuations may not be possible on all properties around Australia and will be dependent on factors outside of our control.

Whether it’s investing in property or purchasing your forever home, understanding the area and knowing the history of the property (1, 3, 5 and even 10 years)  you’re considering is a big part of the decision making process – and the data is all there!  Real Estate Agents will give you the data THEY want you to see, so take the hassle out of asking them for the data you want, and take back control, so you can confidently purchase your ideal property, in a great suburb, at the right price!  Why go into it blindly?

Property Data Reports

We’ll send you detailed Property Data Reports from all over Australia (or in the same suburb – up to you!).  Each report includes years of in-depth property details, estimated price range, a property activity summary, recently sold properties in the area, properties for sale and rent in the area, local school details and more.

Suburb Profile Reports

You’ll also receive detailed Suburb Profile Reports (again, anywhere in Australia) that include population, average length of ownership, total dwellings and new listings, median value, no. of houses and units for sale, market activity and more.
