For background, I found this BA team through the This is Property and M3 podcasts (listen in for more info on Australian property!!) I had not used a BA before but this was not the first property transaction I had been a part of. Everyone was very professional, data driven and it was clear that they have strong networks in the financial and property worlds, which also helped to support the overall property transaction for my situation.
I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a BA for a property transaction, at whatever level you may require support. For me, if I didn’t have the level of support they provided, I may have just stuck to ‘doing nothing’ instead of ‘taking action’!!
